Custom Design Renovations, a leading remodeling company, is owned by David Hilman and his wife, Lori, who have lived in the Gainesville area since 1989. David has been in the construction business for more than 20 years and has owned his own company for more than 8 years. He is extremely involved in the Gainesville community through the Builders Association of North Central Florida (BANCF). David has served BANCF for more than 5 years at various positions and became president of the association in December 2010. He has earned numerous accolades throughout the years, and is a Certified Master Builder (one of only a handful in Florida), a Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR), and a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS).
David and Lori have been married for more than 20 years and have two young children. They currently reside in High Springs and are involved in both the community and their children’s schools.
